I was greeted right when I walked through the door by one of the most friendly staff members that has ever been behind a check-in desk. Due to an error by Booking.com when they forwarded my reservation to the hotel, my reservation was not showing in their system. Thankfully I had a printed copy of my confirmation email and the staff member reassured me that she would guarantee my family would taken care of. She worked diligently to locate the error as I called the number for Booking.com. Before I could even get someone on the phone she had found the mistake and had my room keys prepared. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The overnight stay was one of the best we've experienced. The friendly and courteous staff of the morning were just as great as the evening staff. If I ever need to stay overnight in that part of Columbus, Ohio again I know where I will be staying.

Night shift. 1am sweetest nicest people. Most amazing breakfast setup I've seen. Waffle bar looks like an ice cream topping center. Bedroom nice little wet bar/ desk area nice pull out couch. The bed was soooo comfy!! I literally changed plans and I'm stay here again in 2 days . Fantastically amazing is my rating :)

Room size was exactly what we needed for our family. We had 3 adults a teen and a preteen on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had no issues.
